Rwanda: From Darkness to Hope
Film Screening and fundraising reception
Thursday, May 10th from 6:30 – 9:30pm

The Roundhouse Performance Centre

Building Bridges with Rwanda invites you to a special evening remembering the 13th anniversary of the Rwandan Genocide. A hope-filled evening of slides, food, wine, film screening and conversation with filmmaker Claude Adams. His film Rwanda: Out of the Darkness is a one-hour documentary looking at the crisis of justice in Rwanda, four years after the 1994 genocide. Come out and support Canadian efforts to join hands with Rwandans to rebuild their country and improve their quality of life. Proceeds from this event will support UNATEK; a community college in Kibungo working to empower widows of the genocide to rebuild the community from bottom up.

Suggested donation for admission is $10-20 but no one will be turned away.

Come one come all - help us rebuild Rwanda!
